01 Definitions

02 Acceptance of Terms

04 Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per User

Each individual user is permitted to maintain only one registered Account on the bet288 platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bet288 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances held therein.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

4.3 Account Security

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. bet288 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions: (a) your Account has been verified under our KYC procedures; (b) no outstanding wagering requirements are attached to funds in your Account; (c) there are no active fraud or investigation holds on your Account; and (d) the withdrawal amount meets the applicable minimum threshold. 06 Bonuses & Promotions

bet288 offers various promotional incentives from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out below:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal;

07 Gaming Rules

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or error that interrupts a gaming session or wager, bet288 will endeavour to resolve the situation in accordance with its fair gaming policy. bet288's decision regarding the outcome of a disputed transaction shall be final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process set out in Section 14.

08 Prohibited Conduct

09 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. 10 Responsible Gaming

12 Account Suspension & Closure

bet288 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
